Mental Health Matters

Join us for Mental Health Matters, a FREE community event designed for youth and families to explore fun, engaging ways to support mental wellness.

This year’s theme, “Adventure Awaits,” reminds us that caring for our mental health is a journey. Along the way, we all need tools to navigate challenges, build resilience, and find healthy ways to cope. At this event, youth of all ages will have the chance to “travel” through a variety of interactive stations filled with games, activities, and experiences designed to teach emotional self-regulation, coping skills, and overall well-being.

Whether you’re discovering new ways to manage stress, connecting with friends, or simply enjoying an evening outdoors, there’s something for everyone on this adventure.
