Grant county Rapid relief Fund
When crisis strikes, our community responds.
Right now, thousands of Grant County families are facing an unexpected food emergency. Because of the federal government shutdown, SNAP benefits—totaling more than $1.7 million each month for 4,500 local families—are not being distributed in November. That means children, seniors, and working families across our community are at risk of going without food.
United Way Grant County has launched the Rapid Relief Fund to help fill the gap. Every dollar donated stays right here in Grant County to help families put food on the table, stay stable, and weather this crisis together.
Your gift—no matter the size—will help provide direct assistance for families who have lost access to SNAP and connect them with trusted local food resources through our community partners.
Please note: If federal SNAP benefits are reinstated or distributed retroactively, any remaining Rapid Relief Fund resources will be retained to meet future emergency needs in Grant County.
Together, we can make sure no one faces crisis alone.
