Introduction to the Model Work Standards

presented by Emma Dragoo

What do people need from one another to create a positive working relationship? How can you implement the Model Work Standards in your own setting? When the Model Work Standards were first crafted more than two decades ago, they were built on the premise that quality childcare jobs are the cornerstone of high-quality services for children and families. During this presentation, early childhood education professionals and leaders will learn more about the Model Workforce Standards, how to utilize the reflection piece, and identify where your program is excelling and opportunities for growth.
