Inclusivity in Childcare: More Than Just a Buzzword

presented by Keana Baylis

Participants will deepen their understanding of the integral aspects of an inclusive childcare environment. Attendees will remember and recall the foundational principles of inclusivity, followed by opportunities to apply these principles in real-world scenarios. By analyzing case studies and examples, they will gain insights into current inclusivity practices. Participants will evaluate different strategies, honing their ability to discern the most effective ones for diverse settings. The ultimate goal is to empower each attendee to create and cultivate spaces that embrace diversity, ensure every child feels a profound sense of belonging, and champion the values of acceptance and warmth.
